Okuninushi is not used on real people.
Saburo and Juurou are old fashioned names that are probably not used often in Japan anymore. They are variant transcriptions of Saburo and Juro, which probably look "prettier" to some. Takeo also comes off as old fashioned.
Moe is an anime term used to describe cute characters that gain viewer's sympathy through their cuteness. That might be why, also.
