Daphne Anne sounds quite retro, I like it. I also like her siblings' names, they match well in a sibset, despite the alliteration.
Velma Daisy sounds cute as a combination, but Velma and Madelyn make an odd sibset. Madelyn wasn't rare during the 1900s, but that spelling is now associated with the 2000s, so it looks too modern when compared to names like Velma.
I like how vintage Norville sounds, but Maggie sounds too plain, despite liking the name. That nickname doesn't help either.
Finally, Fred's full name sounds 70s preppy, it's fun to say.
