Freda. Freida, Frieda
What do you think of Freda, Freida, and Frieda? Do you pronounce them all the same way? What's your instinctual spelling? Do you like any of these spellings?

Replies

Not a fan of any of them in comparison to Frida. Frida obv gives fierce Frida Kahlo vibes and therefore seems a lot more engaging and useable. None of these really hit those notes.
Freda is Fred plus a. Nah.
Freida is odd looking to me.
Frieda has 'fried' right there in it.
Why not just go for Frida?
I like them. My least favourite spelling is "Frieda" though. Coming from an English speaking perspective, but it looks like the word "fried" to me. I'm sorry. I like the "Freida" spelling the best then "Freda" and "Frida". I pronounce all them as "FREE-da".
I don’t like any of them. I prefer Freya.
My instinctual spelling is Frida. I pronounce them all the same way.My spelling preference:
Frieda > Frida > Freida > Freda
Don't like any. Freda seems more like Fred a, then freida Frey da, Frieda fry da
I pronounce all of them as FREE-da, but the only spellings I like are Frieda and Frida.
Freda is what I would expect in an English-language environment; Frieda is German, Dutch etc. I've never seen Freida: it would sound like FRAYda in Afrikaans and FRIEda in German if it existed in those languages.
I'd pronounce them all as "Free-duh," and I love the sound of this name...however, the only spelling I love is Frida!!
I prefer Frieda. The other two look strange to me.My favourite spelling of this name is actually Frida which isn't on your post.
I like Freda or Frieda. I would pronounce them the same.

I like Frieda best. One of my grandfather’s aunts who died in the Holocaust was named Frieda.
