Love it, a great name for a boy and I don’t think it matters that it’s only three letters. Very handsome.
It doesn't *need* to be a nickname or anything. It's fine for boys and girls. I don't think of it as particularly English-sounding because it's the name of the main character from some Korean show my sister likes.
i think it's cute but where i am from it would be more likely to be pronounced like harry without the h which sounds horrible to me.
This name has been forever tainted for me. I sort of follow a wannabe influencer who is complete train wreck I can't seem to look away from, and she named her poor daughter Ari. The platform is now mostly about Ari since she's trying to shift into becoming a mommy vlogger or something.Ari's got a cloud of impending doom over it, like a tragic character from myth or history, but repackaged into a chic minimalist beige boho aesthetic. I like it more than Aria, but I also find it very unfinished looking. Most names that end in I look that way to me.
I know several Ari’s and they are all temperamental / busy bodies / pious, so I’m rather prejudiced. I presume it’s merrily a confidence that they share the same first name?
There's an Ari in my daughter's school. Apparently, he's very sweet, most of the girls have crushes on him, and he has fabulous hair
That’s good to know!
Love. It's one of my favorite names.Love how it means lion in Hebrew, eagle in Old Norse, and braven in Armenian .

I know it's a full name for males, but it still seems like a nickname.
It is good as first name for guys, but for girls I think it needs to be a nickname.
It’s a nickname. I immediately think of Ariana.
