Yikes for all of them.
I've encountered girls named both Ashton and Chandler, and honestly those just don't work. I'm not sure why Elliott seems to be en vogue for girls - did this start with Scrubs? - but again, yikes. Parker is just bleh as a first name for any gender.
I don't hate Devon for a girl.

You would have to threaten me to even get me to consider using any of these on a girl, but then I would still refuse to actually do so. With so many thousands of attractive feminine name available the question is why would anyone.
Hate them all!
Ashton - I've met a girl named Ashtyn. I don't dislike it on girls or boys. It's fine.
Chandler - I've met a guy named Chandler, and I can't really see it on a girl as well as on a boy.
Devin - In my mind, it's more of a boy's name, but I've met a few girls named Devin who suited the name very well.
Elliott - When I was younger, before I'd ever met an Elliot / Elliott, I thought it was a girl's name. I think I prefer it on boys, but it does sound more feminine to me.
Parker - I've met an equal number of girls and boys named this. I just don't like this name in general.

I've met one named Ashtyn too!
Ashton-Don’t like it for either gender
Chandler-Fine on boys, I dislike it on girls
Devin-Not my style, but I guess it’s fine for a girl
Elliott-I have a friend named Elliott(girl) who is called Ellie. However, I would prefer Eliette or Eliotte for a girl
Parker-Again, not my style, but it works just fine on boys and girls

All of them seem unsuitable.
No to all of them. All boys names to me and should stay that way.
I've never been a huge fan of uni names. Usually I go one way or the other and draw a line in the sand as to whether I consider the name masculine or feminine, with the lone exceptions of Jamie and Terry. I think those two are truly split down the middle and part of the rare ones that evenly look good on both a boy and a girl. This list leans quite masculine in my mind, I can't get a feel for them on girls.
If I absolutely HAD to choose just one, though, there's a teeny-tiny chance I could be persuaded on Parker. It's still largely masculine to me, but if I rhyme and associate it as being in relation to Harper, I can almost understand someone finding the appeal of Parker on a girl.

Don't like any for girls
All of these names sound too masculine. I'm not a fan of boys names on girls, sorry.
Don’t worry, I only like Ashton on girls. My dad likes Parker on girls, which is what prompted me to make this.
