OTMA
What do you think of Olga, Tatiana, Maria, and Anastasia? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Olga: Classic and sweet, I don't understand the hate it gets!
Tatiana: My absolute favorite. It's an elegant stunner. (Just like Tatiana herself!)
Maria: Charming, but kind of dull. Her nickname Marie puts a more modern twist.
Anastasia: Overused and glitzy. Pretty, but not something I would use.
As soon as I saw the title I knew we were talking the Grand Duchesses.Out of the names, Maria is my least favorite. It's so boring and common.Olga was a name that's grown on me the past few years.Tatiana grew on me especially after learning that this was the birth name of a great great grandmother who I'd only known as Tanka until I discovered her birth record.Anastasia is nice enough. I prefer the Greek or Russian pronunciation over the English.

I like all of them. I’d consider using them too. The only problem with using Anastasia in the US is that it often get shortened to the nickname Stacy which don’t like. I prefer the Russian diminutive of Nastia.
I don’t think it does anymore. I think most people opt for Anna, Anya (despite it not being a legit nickname), or Stasia.
I like all except Maria is a little boring.
Olga is fun. Tatiana is too frilly. Maria has an amazing history but it's not for me. And I strongly dislike the English pronunciation is Anastasia. I love the Russian one, though
I like all the versions of Mary, and Maria is also a family name. The other three, at least where I live, hardly happen: I don't think I've ever met one, so there's nothing to base an opinion on.
But can't you base opinions on how they look and sound? I haven't met people with the majority of names in the world, but I can still form opinions on them, yk?
I love Olga, like Tatiana and Maria, and don't really care for Anastasia.
I like all of those names, but my order would be Anastasia, Tatiana, Olga and Maria.
This is one of my very favorite areas of historical study - tragic though it may be.I vehemently dislike Olga - it sounds like an internal organ.Tatiana, I am rather agnostic. I think it sounds a little too princess-y for my taste.I quite like Anastasia, but the association with the Grand Duchess is so pronounced. I dislike the nickname Stacey.Maria is lovely.
I've read extensively on the tragic Russian Imperial family so I knew immediately who the initials OTMA stood for.I like the name Tatiana the best but the Grand Duchess was most like her mother so she wasn't my favourite sister.Olga was sweet and motherly, Maria was the beauty of the family and Anastasia was the jokester.Order Of PreferenceTatiana
Olga
Anastasia
Maria
I thought Tatiana was the sweet and motherly one? And the beauty? Although I can talk ages about the Romanovs, this would get off topic pretty fast :)
I love Anastasia.Olga is okay.I don’t like Tatiana or Maria.
Maria I love. Anastasia I like the idea of it more than the name itself; I loved the Anastasia Krupnik books.
Tatiana is over-the-top fancy for me, and Olga sounds like a witchy old woman. Eye of newt and tongue of frog, like that.I was thinking you were asking for the opinions on a name Otma. lol Clever. (No, I don'd like Otma.) I see you were going for the Romanovs' names.
Olga is one of the ugliest names ever.
Tatiana is pretty.
Maria is pretty, but boring.
Anastasia is the best on this list and absolutely stunning!
