Can’t imagine it on a real person. The association with a goddess of death is off putting.

The word “lack” in it is off putting / unflattering, yet I’m intrigued by this name.

I prefer the Lithuanian form Lachesė and the Italian form Lachesi.

I prefer my ignorant Americanization of it as "la-SHAY-sis". Then it's real fun.
