I've been warming up to it the last few years. When I was 19 an older friend seriously considered it for her baby and I tried to talk her out of it (she chose Evalynn instead, which I find worse) but honestly I wouldn't be opposed to it as a middle name. My favorite combo that includes it right now is Ingrid Lillian Francesca.
