I like Francesco, Clementina, Caterina, Stella and Louisa. I'm surprised that Louisa isn't spelled the Italian way: Luisa.
That’s on me, I had never seen her name on paper before, and Italian isn’t my first language.
The best way to see how people spell their names it is to ask them. Some people might not spell it the traditional way for their culture.

Hi!
Guillermo, Louisa and Theresa are not correctly Italian.
Maybe your ancestors changed the actual forms ?(Guglielmo, Luisa and Teresa) to seem English or Spanish names.
Maddalena 😀
Francesco ❌ way too popular.
Angela ❌ elderly
L(o)uisa 😀
Antonio ❌ too popular
Guillermo as Spanish 😀
Guglielmo 😀
T(h)eresa ❌ too popular
Clementina 😍
Luigi ❌ too popular
Elisabetta 😀
Caterina 😀
Stella 😍
Ermenegildo 😀
I love Stella and Clementina.
Ermenegildo is too complex for recent years but I value its original mood.

Sorry, Italian is not my first language, and I haven’t seen the spellings in a long time. I’ll fix it. Thank you!
I like Maddalena, Francesco, Angela, Louisa, Antonio, Guillermo, and Theresa.
I do like Louisa, but it never pops into my head of its own accord. I only like Louise on an appropriately fun/spunky person, on a less energetic individual it's very lacklustre and it's on the all-time most boring middle name list, but Louisa has a little but more energy.
I knew a neat af man called Francesco but I still don't vibe with it. The only Fran- names I like are Francesca (which I funny enough love) and Frances as a clunky-cool middle name.
Antonio / Anthony is used a lot in my family, because...idk... Catholic I guess? I like it as an honouring name or in theory, not crazy about it as something I'd actually really in real life.
Guillermo is so fun to say.
I've never cared for Theresa, there, I said it.
Clementina is pretty.
I really like Elisabetta and like soooooooooooo much more than Elisabeth, which I sort of would never lose sleep over if I never saw it ever again.
I really don't like Stella, I like Estella and Estrella but Estelle and Stella are pretty bland to me... but every Stella I've ever known has been a fantastic, fun, caring, 10/10 person with a heart of gold who makes people happy, so I do rank it as being one of my 'sunny'/happy names even though I don't like it and would never use it. I guess it makes me smile, I associate it with people who can just brighten your day but it's also absolutely not my style.
Ermenegildo feels extra, I don't like it but I respect anyone who can wear it with style.
