I've never had the impression that sibsets are young or kids, but maybe it's that adults don't usually live near their siblings so you don't see the names together as often?
I like the full names but not the nicknames (they're not bad, just boring. Kathy is dated but that's probably good for their age).
Katherine and Angelo are probably my favorites of the full names. I don't like Patricia and Peter in the same sibset (and it's not just the initial either since they're Pat and Pete!)
