Is there any particular reason you want a name with an "L", "A" or "U"? It really limits your choices quite considerably.
If the surname begins with a "A", I wouldn't choose a name ending in an "A" so that would eliminate all but Lacey and Lydie. However, I don't find either name "mysterious".
Have you considered Lunette Arcand? Her nickname could be Lune. I think the full name and nickname have a mysterious air.
If you don't find a "moon" name with those three letters that doesn't feel quite right, I would advise you to widen your search to other letters of the alphabet.
