Peter, Thomas, Edward, Robert

I like them all about the same, but if I had four sons and had to use them all, I'd name them in this order:
Thomas (Tom)
Edward (Ed)
Robert (Rob)
Peter (I'd probably give him a J middle name and call him PJ)

Best to worst:
1. Edward
2. Thomas
3. Robert
4. Peter
I don't have strong opinions on any of them other than Edward, which I really like.

Peter > Edward > Thomas > Robert

Peter (Neutral)
Robert (Neutral)

Edward > Peter > Thomas > Robert

All four are fine names but here is my preference:

My son is Peter - 1
Both my grandfathers were Thomas - 2
My favourite great-uncle was Robert - 3
Edward is also a family name, but very distant. Good name; less good nns. 4
