My pin name - help
I need to come up with an online pin name for my poetry and short stories. I do not want people in real life to be able to easily find it when searching my name. I’ve thought about making up a whole new name for myself, or naming myself as an author something like “Montana Garden Fairy,” but neither of these options feel right for me. I would prefer to just twist my true, legal name. I’m thinking about going by my middle name, and shortening my long Italian surname (Andre____) However, that would make them totally rhyme. I know that in some instances this might work, and in some it might not. What do you think of Denae Andre? This rhyme exists in my real name, but is off set by other syllables.

If someone really wanted to find you, and you really didn't want them to find way, what you're proposing would be pretty easy to figure out.
My advice would be to either go with a non-name, like Montana Garden Fairy, or a totally ordinary and commonplace name like Cindy Brown or Jennifer Harris, or just a single name unrelated to your own name and life.

Go for names that are so familiar that it would be impossible to track down one particular holder.
Elinor Evans
Sarah Smith
Rosie Roberts
Frances Fleming
Mix and match them until yuo find one that you like.

I think it works
It's catchy as an online pin name!
