Is fleur a good name
yes, it means Rose in French it is also used in Harry Potter as you know the girls that says ”I am good-looking enough for the both of use I theenk! And these scars show sat my husband is brave” her names Fleur Delacour

It actually means "flower" in French, not "rose". The name sounds okay enough in French, but in English I find it unappealing and pretty ugly. Fleur Delacour does not improve my opinions on this name
First, Fleur doesn't mean "rose" in French. That's actually Rose. Fleur just means "flower."Second, I do quite like Fleur. Just know that its use in Anglophone culture is very British. It appears in British media frequently, but I've never met a single American Fleur. (No idea about Canada.)Third, we know who Fleur Delacour is. :-)

Yes, it's sweet and pretty. It has a medieval Norman feel, and was a character in John Galsworthy's novel The Forsyte Saga.
No doubt it's fine in French. In English, why not stay with Florence or Flora?
I dislike the sound and the spelling.
It doesn't mean rose in French. It means flower. It's ok.
It's fine. I prefer Mirefleur.
