It's fine, but a little overused in my opinion. It does kind of feel a bit like an early 2000s name, but I don't think it's completely binded to that. I don't picture anything in particular when I picture a Grace. A normal girl, I suppose? Or Grace from the Umbrella Academy. It doesn't strike me as particularly religious.
