I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I prefer Anya to Ania. It may not look as feminine but its way more universal (there are multiple verified entries of Anya on this site that are in multiple languages) and its easier for me to say Anya than Ania because I don't know how palatalization works. Anna is the better one because it's even less difficult for my accent. It also will flow better with other names.
