I think the El- sound is really pretty, but I definitely don't like every name that starts that way.
Love: Elena, Eliana, Elijah, Elliott, Elodie, Eloise, Elowen, Elsa, Elysia
Like/neutral: Elaina, Eli, Elias, Elina, Elise, Elizabeth, Elle, Elly, Elora
Dislike: Eleanor, Ella, Ellery, Ellie, Ellis, Elsie, Elvira
I think El- is superior to Al- and Il-, though.
