I have a Gen-Z cousin with the MN Winter. I think it's a nice word name. The sounds fit with current trends (Winnie and *er names). I associate winter with positive things more than I do with summer, although it does have a more dramatic vibe than autumn.
I think Annika is pretty nice, although I'm uncertain how to pronounce it without context. I imagine a tall, tan Gen-Z person from Minnesota because that's the only Annika I've met. Beyond her, it reminds me of Erika and Ann, which seem likable.
The names go well together imo. They're similar enough to vibe but different enough to balance and not be boring.
