I think that Judy is more dated than Jodie, probably because I heard Judy first. I don't like it, but it makes sense as a NN and it stands well enough on its own, although I prefer Judith. I've seen Judilynn and Judine. I think of the robot from K.C Undercover. I disliked her character until she got development. That did not help my opinion of the name, but I don't hate it.

I like Jude so much more. It sounds cooler? It's good for both genders whether its short for Judith, Judas, Judiah or whatever.
