I think Nevaeh always had a difficult time because for most people it's not a name they associate with an actual person. It's almost like a hypothetical boogeyman name, just this bizarre idea with no ties to the real world. Once we start seeing real people with the name (actors, cashiers, doctors, teachers, etc) I think it'll be ok, less of an outcast. It might not ever be most people's cup of tea, but perhaps it won't be so demonized.
