I don't understand Nevaeh. I know it's heaven backwards, but... Why? What's the appeal of spelling a word backwards, calling it a name and saying that it has the meaning of the original word? Just use Heaven. And I honestly have no idea whatsoever of how to pronounce it.

It’s said “Neh-vay-uh”. I like the sound, but totally agree the spelling is weird.
It sounds like Nivea (the skin care brand) in my accent.
