I agree with all of your opinions, except that I kind of like Adamina; it sounds pretty to me (though, I vastly prefer Adam on a boy). I'd add Thomasina, Albertine, and Davida.

I think Earline is the only one that is pretty well established as a name especially in the southern US. Adamina is interesting. The other versions just look and sound awkward.
