Very el-heavy.
I don't see the point of using a show-off spelling of Sophie as a mn where it won't be noticed. And Ella is just another trendy name, though the boy names are themed. OK, there's a shortage of girl angels, but anything biblical would do. Rachael Sophie?
Gabriel is excellent; Gabe is suitable for a middle-aged, podgy truck driver. And the assonance of Gabriel Shane doesn't work well for me. I'd do a swap: Gabriel Brett and Raphael (or Rafael) Shane.

I like the boys' names, especially Gabriel Shane, but I'm not a fan of Ella Sofie.
I think they are ok
Ella seems like it should be something like Ariella, Arabella, Isabella, Emanuela, Annabel. Because it sticks out to me that the boys both have elaborate el names while the girl got a nickname version of those - seems uneven.
Other than that, it's fine. A bit matchy but whatever.

There are a lot of repetitive "el" sounds in the sibling names.
I LOVE Gabriel, like Raphael (prefer the "ph" spelling to the Spanish "f") and dislike Ella.
Favourite combo: Gabriel Shane. Runner up is Ella Sofie.

It's alright. It's not really my thing, but I think the names go well together.
Ella and Gabriel sound like brother and sister. Raphael does not.
I don't like any of the names individually either.
