As a twelve year old, I find these dated, but not bad if they were born in the 60s-80s. I wouldn’t pick any of these for a kid today though.

Too similar for siblings

Assuming the parents were going for maximum matchy, I'm picturing it like this:
Cathleen
Caroline (I assume the "line" is pronounced as "leen" in their accent?)
Christine
Colleen

It's terrible but manageable if they all had nicknames. Cathy, Carrie, Chris, and Collie (or just Colleen) don't sound too similar. If Chris is actually the only one with a nickname, and Cathleen/Kathleen and Colleen are just called their full 'leen' names all the time, that could be a problem.

If Caroline is "line" instead of "leen", then she's the odd one out.

Too many k sounds and long e ending sounds. I dislike Chris on girls, spelled this way. I'm not sure why. I much prefer Christy or Chrissy as NNs. I like Caroline and Christine but prefer Christina. I do not like Colleen or Kathleen. I picky with -ine names.

I chose Caroline for my first daughter; don't like the others much at all.

The sound is repeated but not the spelling? Or could Kathleen be Cathleen? Matching initials must surely have caused problems at some point; perhaps if those were really the parents' favourite names, they (or one or two of them at least) could have been mns.

I really don't enjoy matching initials. My friend comes from a family which gave all the kids A names. When she married, she bravely named her son a (thoroughly unattractive!) B name, but then she lost her nerve and has two daughters, Abigail and Alexandra.

Too matchy

Feels very "Flowers in the Attic"-esque. Which is kinda cool in a creepy retro way.

They’re way too close! I would feel like I don’t have my own identity in that family.

I think they've got a clear theme going on here! I do really like Caroline, I'm good with Christine, and am not a particular fan of Kathleen or Colleen, though I find them tolerable. Together, Im not huge on the rhyming of some of them, but I don't think they're too similar

The sisters' names are too matchy for my taste. Kathleen, Christine & Colleen have similar sounds/looks in the beginnings and endings of their names. Caroline is not as bad if they pronounce the ending as "line" instead of "leen".
