Not that I'm faulting you or anything, but I'm curious: how do people make these connections so easily? I always see names for what they are, not for what they look like. It's why I love names like Basemath and Gunnar, but others claim they are "universally hated." If that's what you see, cool, I guess. But I can't see that. I see something else entirely.
Well, Ausma just sounds like a British person saying "asthma" in my head. I don't know if it's pronounced differently.
I think “asthma” would be pronounced the same in most American and British accents…
