I think Emilia Isabella is the prettier option. It's regal but modern. However, Rainya is right -- the full name is more important than the nickname. She may want to use her full name rather than a nickname later in life, and it will always be what legally identifies her on all forms. If you only want her to have a short nickname-like name, then give her one, like Leah or Mia. It doesn't need to be part of a longer name, as they both are established on their own.
