BA Mary Mahryn
So I was flipping through YouTube shorts the other day as one does and I came across a short of a couple explaining how to properly pronounce their infant daughter's name since people weren't saying it correctly. ( always a good sign) anyways when I watch the short, I was for sure if there were pronunciation difficulties it must be spelled Mary Marin, but digging back into this couples videos to find the name reveal indicated it was spelled Mary Mahryn and since that's a phonetic spelling that's more obvious to me I'm not for sure why people are having difficulties...... but I digress. They are calling her by both the first and middle name at this time as they are southern Americans. *Mahryn is mother's middle name* Anyways! What's your opinion on this name? Please rate my "Names I would Use" list & "Backup Favorites" list. Feel free to rate some of my other lists too if you have the time.

Mary is okay and I like honour names. It would be easier to just use Mary as a fn, but I understand the southern thing. Mahryn should be easy enough to pronounce
I'm delighted that there's a baby Mary in the world; however, the addition of Mahryn does it no favours. Mary Marina could work, but Mahryn looks like two spelling mistakes for the price of one.
Right, I think it would have been better as Marin, but that probably would have made the desired pronunciation even more confusing.
Awful. It's basically the same name twice.
