The only one that instantly comes to mind is Ida. I'm astonished how it hasn't made a comeback already, seeing how well it goes with a lot of other names. (:

Edit: Enid is certainly another one. Find it absolutely adorable!

I know an Ida! She's 8-9ish years old and it's so refreshing to hear a classic on such a young girl.

I totally agree! Ida is such a beautiful name, and it doesn't sound old-fashioned to me at all.
