Re: Evangeline, Anastasia or Cecilia?

They are all nice, but I like Evangeline just a touch more.
Anastasia is an old childhood love, but it's surprisingly popular where I live. I know of three Anastasias at least and that feels like a lot, because Anastasia is a lot of name. I am also not thrilled with any of the nicknames. Anastasia is like Juliet for me, best in the middle, used as a concept element more than a "name". Anastasia is excellent fluff to fill out a sensible first name that needs some oomph and fantasy.
Cecilia is admirable but has never been my fave. I like Cecily so much more.
Evangeline feels sharp and dark, and I like the cadence of it. I love Eva and Evie as nicknames, and Evangeline is not often heard around my area, so it feels more special than Cecilia and Anastasia.
