Iris Carter, Iris Montgomery or Iris Parker?
Which last name suits the best for Iris?
(It's for my novel and thanks!)

Iris Montgomery looks and sounds the best.
Iris Carter
I think Montgomery is the best. I think Carter clashes with Iris, and Parker is just there.
They all work. It depends what you want it to do.
Iris Montgomery sounds very grand and proper, so if that suits the story, it's great.
Iris Parker sounds a little bit more quirky (because it kind of sounds like "Iris Sparker") so if you have a whimsical sort of story, that would work well.
Iris Carter sounds very normal. It's calm and unremarkable and respectable without being haughty. It would work for a wide variety of types - a lawyer, a student, a chef, a dancer, an artist, an adventurer, a scholar, whatever. It's a great "blank space" name for a reader to project themselves on. If you have a character you want the reader to do that with, then Iris Carter is a great choice.
