Definitely. All my boys names are biblical, all my girls names are classics.

my taste in names isn't very traditional, though I generally prefer names with more historical precedence over much newer names. however, I do like the use of traditional names in ways that are unconventional, for example: masculine names for girls and feminine names for boys; modern usage of very old and rare names; mixing names of different ethnic/cultural origins (as long as it's done sensitively and meaningfully); and using diminutives of traditional names which aren't commonly used (or coming up with your own).

My taste is not traditional in the slightest. There are numerous traditional names that I like. For example, most biblical names have a nice sound to them. However, I generally think that conformity is boring and serves no purpose for an individual child, so I will not be using any "traditional" names on my children unless they 1) honor a family member or 2) take a sharp decrease in popularity.

in Hebrew and Yiddish names, definitely.
In English names, I prefer names that are outdated. Like surnames-as-names from the 19th century. I actually like a lot of the names of Civil War combatants.

I do consider my tastes traditional, and I've given my children traditional names. Some modern names will last, and become traditional, but it isn't possible to predict which ones.
