Re: What do you think of these boy names?

I'm not keen on Gregory, but I like Gregor a lot. Heinrich is OK, from a different naming system so I wouldn't consider using it; within its own parameters, I prefer just Hein.
I'd expect boys named Florian, Ira and Junius to experience a lot of teasing. Florian is too floral, Ira ends in fem -a and resembles Ida, and Junius would shorten to June and also get confused with Julius.
Marlon isn't part of my naming system: I'd assume a Marlon was from the USA. Like Brando? I don't like anything about it.

I'd never use Heinrich either as it's not of my culture but I have been digging it.
I think Ira sounds really masculine despite the -a ending, like Ezra, but there will always be people that think just because a name ends in an -a it can/should be used on girls
I like June on a boy but that one definitely is more subject to teasing. I also like Julius (but could have the same issue with Jules?)
I also associate Marlon with Brando but just find it so much better than Marlin!
