Besides strongly disliking both names on their own, the combo is weirdly mismatched in style. Winifred is extremely dated and uncommon even during its peak period, with a heavy, somber, Old English sound. Piper is extremely trendy, cutesy and almost puppy-like. They just don't match or even complement each other.
