I think Aquamarine and Aquarius are ok as names, so I can see it as a NN for those. And I don't really mind Ocean, River, Rain, Marina. Aqua reminds me of the band (they did "Barbie Girl" which is silly), Aquaman, Aquavera (sounds like a company name), aquariums, and beyond that sounds generic, but I could get used it. I don't know exactly how Agua would come across in Spanish other than Water, but in English 'aqua' might as well be 'bottled water' or 'pretentious/cartoonish/corporate word for water'.I don't know what the standards are for "good celeb names". If you want your name to stand out in movie credits or something, sure, Aqua seems pretty good? I've always thought Awkwafina was a cool stage name, but I wouldn't pick it for a baby.
