Which name do you like best?
My family and I are thinking about these three names for our baby boy who's on the way. Which do you like best? Eli
Eric
Niko

Niko for me! I don't really like Eli even though I like Elias, Elio, Eliot, etc.. I think I just prefer Eli as an optional nickname, and I prefer it when it's pronounced like "Ellie" at the start of a longer name instead of "Ee-lye" by itself. Eric is fine but it seems a bit dated and too grown-up for a new baby. Niko fits any age, the sound is both cool and cute, and just seems the most versatile to me. It could be a nickname but I like it as a full name.
I like Eli and Niko. Eric is handsome enough, but unremarkable to me, there's so many where I live. Eli is my favourite, it's cute and snappy but also gentle. Niko is a little too slick for me.
Niko. The other two are ok but if your gonna go with Eli I would suggest making their full name Elijah.
My favorite is Eli. It has the most personality.
My favorite is Eli. It has the most personality.
Eli is gorgeous, so simple and handsome. Personally I prefer Elijah or Elias, but Eli by itself is wonderful too. Nico is alright, but I like it better as a nickname for the timeless Nicholas.Eric is dated but not ready to come back, in my opinion.
Eli is my fave. It’s a very handsome name.
I like Eli the best. It works well as a nickname for Elijah and on its own.
Eric is a little old fashioned or dated in my opinion. Niko seems like a nickname or incomplete.
Eli is too biblical and Niko is too nicknamey. Eric, all the way! It's a timeless classic, doesn't need a nickname but if it does, then Rick is acceptable.
Eli, but all names are ok
In order: Niko, Eli, Eric.
Eli might be the most...vibrant? Its short but notable. I like Eric, but its plain. I like Niko but it seems childlike as a full name - unlike Eli - maybe because the latter comes from a biblical name.
Eric is my favorite, and, I only like it when spelled with a K.
Eli and Eric are my favorites but if I had to pick one I would go with Eric. Niko sounds way too nicknamey for my tastes.
