I hate the name Penelope and don't get the appeal (it sounds a bit like a horse name to me), but Tabitha is cute! I think the "th" is a nice sound in names.
I like Penelope. It sounds full of life. I'm not fond of Tabitha. "Bith" does not sound very feminine. As a sibset, they don't suit one another.
Oh I love Tabitha! I have since I was a kid. I knew a Tabitha and thought she had the most beautiful name.
Penelope is nice. It's so pink and sunny. And I really like Penny. The issue with this one is that once upon a time, I heard someone making fun of a Penelope by pronouncing the name "peen-elope" and now my head whispers "peen-elope" whenever I see it.

I love Penelope and would gladly use it: DH might veto it, because of a cousin he doesn't get along with. Tabitha is such a cliche for a female tabby cat that it no longer seems human. I do, however, greatly enjoy Talitha and might consider using it.
Both nice
Neither are my style, they’re too British to me.
