I like Judah, with an H, for a boy.
I don’t like Rilley at all, for either sex.
They don’t go together, for siblings, or as a full name either.

I totally misread those... They look odd.
They both look like spelling errors or typos. Judah is too biblical, and Juda looks like a mistake. Rilley can't sound like Riley, which at least is familiar; I don't see the point of it.
