I love Tamsin. This is probably the "smoothest" spelling. There's no clunk in it.
Very dated where I live; I'd be surprised to meet one under about 40. I suppose it's better than Thomasina, or at least it's shorter, but it doesn't appeal to me at all, though I'd be happy to use Thomas, nn Tom, for a boy.
