Does the -een spelling indicate a different pronunciation, or would Yasmeen and Yasmin sound the same? Which I suppose would mean, stress on the second syllable?

Yasmeen is pronounced as yas-MEEN, with more stress on the second syllable, so yes the same as the Arabic pronunciation of Yasmin :)
