I dislike both but I prefer Santina and Santino.

Um...I really don't think this would work in any English speaking country. The Jolly Old Saint Nick association is too much to be separated. I could somewhat see it as a nickname for Santana but even then. I can imagine all sorts of teasing and bullying coming from it that I'd be worried to use it.

I don't think Santa is usable in English-speaking countries for obvious reasons. I guess Santo is a bit better. I prefer Santino and Santina though.
