Both names are attractive on their own.
However, be aware that Evangeline "Eva" is the name of a little girl in "Uncle Tom's Cabin" the original Mary Sue and a White Savior type. She is so much a Mary Sue that calling someone a Little Eva is an insult.
I would still use Evangeline but try to find a different nn. Angie? Vannie?
