I like this spelling of Stephen looks classic and nice for me.

It's a nice name, but it's kind of boring regardless of how it's spelled or pronounced in English.

I like it! Better than Stephanie for sure. Plus has a good connotation to the first martyr of Christianity. :)

Very handsone, a classic, uncommon enough to make it refreshing to hear.

I don't mind it, but I personally prefer the Steven spelling!

Classic rather than dated; not boring at all. I like it enough to use. However, I don't like Steven at all.
