Re: Wilmot

I'm with ClevelandKentEvans on this, Wilmot is a girl's name to me. When I was digging around old church records while trying to do some genealogy, I came across so many lady Wilmots in Cornwall! But I definitely get the appeal as a boy name too. It's like Wilbur, but with a little something different.
For a girl I'd lean into the medieval aspect.
Wilmot Margery
Wilmot Nell
Wilmot Agnes
Wilmot Gwen
Wilmot Joan
So cute.
For a boy, something fusty.
Wilmot Frederick
I feel like it needs a third name, even
Wilmot Ferdinand Ezra
Wilmot Jude Clarence
Wilmot Paul Marcus
Wilmot Warren Cornelius
Wilmot Edmund Rupert
Wilmot John Francis
Wilmot Emory Isaac
Wilmot Barnaby Owen
What a fun name!
