Since the only person I ever met with this name was a woman (a cousin of a very good family friend, who I met once), it seems feminine to me.
So my response to the middle name question would be something like Marie, Antonia, Blanche, Celeste, Danielle, Erica, Frances, Grace, Helen, Iris, Joan, Katherine, Louise, Noelle, Octavia, Pauline, Rachel, Suzanne, Ursula, Vanessa, Winter, Xenia, Yolanda, or Zuri.
I would not use a middle name starting with "T" (unless it used a "th" sound like Thea) because it would lead to confusion about whether the first name was Wilmot or Wilma when the two were pronounced together.
