I really like Piera, it would be great if it was used more often - it’s nicer than Peta. I don’t like Pietra (or Petra) it reminds me of petrified and the t seems unnecessary, even though it ties it more to Peter. Piera is soft and elegant but I can see some strength behind it too.
Piera Millicent stood out for me first. Piera Juliet is nice.
