Re: Louisa
I prefer it to Louise, but don't like it as much as Eloise. I've gone through stages with Louisa, from liking it a lot as a small child (one of my oldest dolls is named Louisa), to going off it later and disliking the clunkiness of Louise + -a. But I've warmed up to it again recently, perhaps aided by my realization that it was a common Regency-era name for girls, which is one of my favorite historical periods and made me think of it as elegant and classic again.LISTEN TO THE MUSTN'TS
