I agree with Kerilyntaryn21 on this one, Emilia Celine is a lot less -- how should I put this? -- of a mouthful. I can see where you're going with the combinations you provided (and they are lovely) but they use the same letters so frequently that I had to read them slowly in order to understand. It's your decision, of course, and it's really none of my business, but Emilia Celine flows better. It's easier on the tongue.
As for names that sound good in both Spanish and English, I recommend Esmeralda, Ramona, Valeria and Carmen.
