I think that all three of these names are beautiful, in their own rights; however, I enjoy Celina the most.

Janina and Celina do not appeal. When I was a small child, I thought that Nina and Nancy would be good names for twins, so in memory of my younger self I'll choose Nina.

Love Janina, it's a fave of mine.
