Clarence ... I don't think it fits in today's world. Clarence House is British royalty, and Clarence itself seems to suit an acquaintance of Bertie Wooster and Jeeves.

Annabel is ok, I prefer Laurence to Clarence

both are classics. Clarence is better is a middle name.
