I don’t have any really strong feelings in either direction. I knew a lot growing up so I got my fill of it.

Pretty name but overused and dated. It'd make a nice middle name though.

Like most other forms of Catherine, it was too popular too suddenly and now it's over the hill. The spelling is pleasantly Irish.

Yawwwwwwn. I know countless Caitlins (and Kaitlins, Kaitlyns, etc. etc. etc.).

Caitlin is nice, and this spelling is preferable
